What data we process
When you send an enquiry (RFQ) we process the data you enter in the form: company, name, e-mail address, part description, annual volume, material and standards, and the names of the files you list. Technical data (IP address, browser type, time of access) may be recorded in the hosting provider's server logs.
Purpose and legal basis
- taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — preparing a quotation and feasibility feedback (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- performing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- fulfilling the controller's legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR);
- the controller's legitimate interests, in particular establishing, pursuing or defending claims and securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention period
Enquiry data are kept for the time needed to answer the enquiry and, where a contract is concluded, for at least one year after its performance, extended by the limitation period for claims. Thereafter data are processed only to the extent and for the time required by law, including accounting rules.
Recipients
Data may be shared with employees and associates of the controller, providers of IT systems and IT services (including the hosting provider and the form service FormSubmit, which delivers the enquiry to us by e-mail), postal and courier operators, service providers necessary to perform the contract, and authorities entitled to receive data under the law. Data are not transferred outside the EEA unless a service provider's processing requires it on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
Profiling and automated decisions
Your data are not subject to profiling or automated decision-making.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data and obtain a copy, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal), and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO).
Voluntariness
Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to answer your enquiry and to conclude and perform a contract. Fields marked as optional may be left empty.
Cookies and third-party services
This page does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not load any Google service. Fonts are system fonts. The enquiry form is processed via the FormSubmit service — the data you enter are delivered to us by e-mail. Technically necessary data may be recorded in the hosting provider's server logs. If advertising conversion measurement is enabled in the future, it will be loaded only after your consent given in a cookie banner.
